I am Brooke Kelley, the owner of Chipshot Coffee House. I quickly fell in love with the art and craft of coffee when I attended the American Barista and Coffee School in Portland, Oregon. There I was educated on the “seed to cup” process and how great coffee starts at the farm. In-depth instruction on the craft of gourmet coffee construction and the parameters in which a great cup of joe is made before it hits your coffee mug made me thirsty for more. I have since continued to develop these skills to ensure we are serving you the best quality coffee. My husband and I have traveled to over six countries researching coffee houses and analyzing the dynamics of what makes a “good” coffee house for our customers. At Chipshot Coffee House you will be served every day by baristas who share a deep-rooted passion for the quality of coffees, teas, and pastries we offer.
